Club Sign-Ups Open Friday, September 5th at 9:00 AM and Sign-ups will close on Monday, September 15th at midnight. To ensure fairness, we’ll use time stamps, but our goal is always to serve every Darnaby family thoughtfully.

• Heads up! Soccer and Running Club will fill quickly due to their earlier start dates—so if your student is interested in these, be sure to sign up right away!

• When registering, students will select their 1st and 2nd club preferences to help us allocate spots more equitably.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Signing up does not guarantee a spot. You will receive a confirmation email once club placements have been finalized.

Please review these changes and make sure you’re logged in before the 9 AM opening time to secure an early timestamp. Before signing up, review club options and check grade levels and meeting days. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to: mathison.mackensie@unionps.org

REMEMBER LINKS DON'T GO LIVE UNTIL 9AM ON SEPTEMBER 5TH

We’re continuing with our streamlined sign-up system from last year!
Instead of registering for each individual club, families will select their student’s grade level to simplify the process. Just click on your student’s grade below to access a single form—only the clubs available for that grade will be displayed.

This system is designed to make sign-ups smoother and more efficient, helping you quickly find the best fit for your student.
